Cancel for Any Reason coverage is an optional add-on coverage, for an additional cost, that expands trip cancellation coverage to include canceling a trip for any reason. The additional coverage must be added to the Pathway Premier Plan within 21 days of the date your initial trip deposit is received. Additional terms apply (see below). Pathway Premier includes trip cancellation coverage for specific covered reasons, such as illness or specified employment reasons, in addition to many other benefits. While trip cancellation coverage may offer 100% reimbursement, you must provide documentation acceptable to the insurance provider to support the reason for your cancellation. When you purchase CFAR, you can then cancel your trip for any reason.

The plans have the same overall coverage, including benefits for baggage loss, trip interruption, medical coverage, and more. But only CFAR coverage allows you to cancel for any reason not already covered under the plan.  Examples of some unforeseen events:

• Unexpected illness of a friend, or non-immediate member of the family
• Changes in financial circumstances
• Change in mind

Every situation is unique, and although True Nature Education is an expert in retreats, we are not an insurer. Please call Trawick International to learn what coverage is best for you.

You may purchase insurance up to the day prior to your scheduled departure, and for the best coverage (‘Cancel for Any Reason’)  that protects your trip investment is available within 21 days after making your initial deposit.

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify True Nature Education in writing first. We will provide you with the documentation the insurer will need to process your claim. Once all supporting documentation is gathered you will contact Trawick International to initiate the claim and submit supporting documentation and claim forms for review. While True Nature Education can share information, we are not an insurance provider and do not set or modify Trawick International’s policies.

Upon the booking of your flight, additional travel arrangements or making additional payments, you will be able to adjust the balance of your policy and pay the additional premium for coverage. If you have elected for the Optional Cancel For Any Reason, it is important that any additional travel costs are added to your policy within 21 days of payment to keep the elected coverage. You should contact Trawick International to add these additional costs to your policy.

If the program does not move forward and is canceled due to low enrollment, then you have the one-time option to transfer the trip dates to a different trip. The new dates do need to be within 18 months of the departure date AND 24 months of the policy purchase date.

The Pathway Premier plan gives you the option to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for an additional cost for broader protection of your financial travel investment.  With a CFAR plan, you may cancel for any reason 2 days or more before your scheduled departure and receive reimbursement of up to 75% of your non-refundable, insured trip costs. To be eligible for CFAR, payment must be made when the plan is first purchased and within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. 

Additional terms apply. CFAR coverage cannot be purchased by residents of New York State.

Considering this, we ask that all Travelers consider purchasing travel protection to help protect themselves and their travel investment. The cost of the Travel Protection Plans mentioned on this page is based on the published package price. Additional services such as single supplements, deviation fees, late charges, airfare upgrades, or extended stays may increase the cost of the plan.
