Students will explore biodiverse landscapes, engage in meaningful service projects, and connect with local communities, all while building confidence, leadership skills, and lasting friendships.

  • 6 Nights of Beautiful, Eco-Inspired Accommodations
    Spend three nights at a rainforest ecolodge in the Arenal region, nestled in lush jungle and home to a working biodynamic farm, then head to the Pacific Coast for three nights at a sustainable lodge overlooking the ocean.

Accommodations

Your journey begins at Arenal Eco-Lodge and Biodynamic Farm, where you’ll rise to the sounds of howler monkeys and immerse in Costa Rica’s tropical jungle and regenerative practices. Then, move to the Pacific Coast Ecolodge and Yoga Center, perched above the sea and surrounded by forest trails and hidden beaches.

Each location blends comfort and nature, offering simple yet inspiring spaces to unwind, connect, and reflect. Accommodations are shared to encourage community, with limited private upgrades available upon request.

Expect yoga decks, forest trails, fresh meals, and authentic Costa Rican hospitality.

Register early as these programs tend to fill quickly. A $350 deposit will secure your spot and be deducted from your total tuition.

CANCELLATION

  • Deposits and the $50 processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • 50% of tuition is refundable up to 90 days before the program (excluding deposit and fee)
  • Within 89 days of the trip, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • If the trip is canceled due to low enrollment, full tuition will be refunded (excluding the $50 fee)
  • True Nature is not responsible for currency conversion losses

We have created Participant Packages that will clarify these types of questions and more. Once you have registered, we will send you these materials. In addition, on our website, we have a comprehensive FAQ section that also gives detailed answers to common questions. Getting There 

All international flights will arrive at San Jose International Airport (SJO). Before booking tickets, please be sure you have received your official confirmation note that the trip has met its minimum. There will be one group airport shuttle each way based on our flight window guidelines. Be sure your flights align with the provided flight windows if you wish to use the group shuttle.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Whether due to weather, illness, or unexpected life events, it is important to protect your investment.

Group Accommodation – $2,795 

Shared Accommodation – $3,095 

Single Accommodation – $3,495 

Paying your initial deposit of $350 will lock in your tuition rate and hold your space for the trip. A non-refundable $50 Payment Processing Fee will be added to the tuition rate upon registration. The remaining balance is usually split up into 4 payments. The payment schedule will be sent to you in the Confirmation Letter (once you register).
